Jack Layton and his NDP are friends with Québec Solidaire, a radical group of separatist communist motherfuckers!

Four out of the five main federal political parties have what I denote by « Québec provincial sisters ». In La Belle Province of Québec, the three most known provincial parties are the following: the Parti Libéral du Québec (even though some old-fashioned « Progressive »-Tories (sic), like the actual Prime Sinister of Québec John James Charest, are members of this provincial party) as the Liberals’ sister, the Action Démocratique du Québec as the Conservatives’ sister and the Parti Québécois as the Bloc Québécois’ sister.

But almost nobody knows about the Jack Layton NDP’s sister, the Québec Solidaire Party, which has elected his first representative, the anti-semitist islamo-fascist activist Amir Khadir, at the Assemblée Nationale du Québec at the last 2008 Québec Election. A troubling characteristic of this party is the fact that this party is supported by communists of the Parti Communiste du Québec, but it’s not very surprising for a NDP-friend to embrace the communist ideology. But here comes the crux of the matter! The most shocking aspect of Québec Solidaire is the fact that, paradoxically with the statist socialist Ottawa-centralized retarded ideology of the NDP, QUÉBEC SOLIDAIRE IS A RADICAL GROUP OF SEPARATIST MOTHERFUCKERS!

Aim 7: Making Québec a country by way of popular sovereignty

Québec solidaire seeks to involve all of Québec in achieving our national sovereignty. Involving all of the population in defining our institutions is the strategy proposed by Québec solidaire to lead us toward this country we want to build. For Québec solidaire, our social project and our national project are intimately linked and democracy lies at the heart of them. Our path towards sovereignty will involve the respect of Québec Aboriginal nations.

7.1 Realization of sovereignty

7.1.1 Proceeding to elect a constituent assembly that will be mandated to draft a Constitution for Québec that will fully respect the sovereignty of its people :

a) This constituent assembly will be elected by universal suffrage. It will be composed of an equal number of men and women and will have representation from the various components of Québec society ;

b) The constituent assembly will organize a participatory democracy process to consult the Québec population on its political and constitutional future along with its values and the political institutions associated with them ;

c) The mandate of the constituent assembly will be to define essential Québec values, draft a Charter of social, ecological and economic rights and define the structure of the political institutions necessary for the representation of the Québec people. Québec solidaire will argue therein the option of realizing Québec’s sovereignty ;

d) Given the results of this participatory democracy process, which will need to be conveyed to the population and taken into account by the constituent assembly, the proposals of the constituent assembly will be submitted to the Québec population by way of a referendum.

7.1.2 Québec solidaire will acknowledge that Aboriginal peoples live on the Québec territory, that they form nations in their own right, that they too have the right to self-determination and that they hold inalienable ancestral rights, these rights including territorial rights, to be defined by way of negotiation.

7.1.3 In the framework of its constituent process, Québec’s National Assembly will invite Aboriginal nations to define – with the popular sovereignty approach of their choosing – the relationships they will maintain with the Québec nation, including within the process of defining our political institutions.

7.2 Promotion of sovereignty

7.2.1 Promoting Québec sovereignty and aim to build majority support for this option.

7.2.2 Promoting Québec’s right to sovereignty in the international arena.

7.3 Widening of popular sovereignty

7.3.1 Establishing a Commission on Democratic Life and Citizenship (CDLC), whose mandate will be to foster the necessary conditions of a substantive participation of citizens to Québec’s political life and public institutions. This Commission will integrate the mandates presently given to the Direction Générale des Élections du Québec (DGEQ).

This Commission will address in priority the following issues :

a) Accountability of all elected officials, in particular by requiring the organization of at least one public assembly per year ;

b) Setting up a recall mechanism permitting the removal of elected officials (including the Prime minister) in the course of their mandate ;

c) Parity gender representation at the National Assembly by the adoption of incentives and legislative measures ;

d) Adoption of incentives for a better representation of Québec’s ethno-cultural diversity ;

e) Amending the Referendum Act to allow citizens who have collected a sufficient number of signatures, defined by a regulation, to have a law adopted, modified or repealed ;

7.3.2 Changing electoral legislation and improving our representative democracy :

a) Adopting Québec-wide a mixed and compensatory plurality proportional-representation system ;

b) Introducing a two-vote ballot : the first to elect 77 representatives of ridings and the second to elect 50 representatives allotted in representative fashion of the popular vote ;

c) Imposing a minimal threshold of 2 % of the popular vote to obtain a « compensatory » representation at the National Assembly ;

d) Determining a fixed date for the holding of all elections ;

e) Holding school board and municipal elections on the same day ;

f) Reviewing the electoral financing and reimbursement regulations ;

g) Modifying media coverage regulations to ensure more equity among parties and candidates ;

h) Fostering everyone’s participation in voting, for instance by using candidates’ photographs on the ballot, printing their names in large type and using party logos.

7.3.3 Envisioning and assessing, in consultation with the population and with local and regional stakeholders, the decentralization of some authorities, responsibilities and budgets to regions and localities ;

a) Establishing the election by universal suffrage of regional county municipality wardens ;

b) Allowing representatives of various social organizations to sit on local and regional bodies to permit their participation in administrative management structures, following their election in their respective organizations ;

c) Developing participatory democracy mechanisms in the context of municipal councils and bodies ;

d) Committing, as elected members of Québec solidaire, to holding at least one citizens’ assembly per year, where a process will allow riding residents to submit proposals to the assembly and to review the actions of the elected member.

Folks, if you don’t want Québec to have another shot at his secession out of our Strong and Free Canada, don’t vote for Jack Layton and his NDP separatist-communist scumbags!

Clairement, Québec Solidaire ne peut plus être considéré maintenant comme un parti indépendantiste en raison de leur prise de position populiste crasse en faveur des crosseurs crapuleux fédérâleux du NPD lors de cette présente campagne électorale fédérale!

Plus que jamais, Québec Solidaire mérite le sobriquet de « Culbec Suicidaire »! Qu’ils mangent de la marde, ces hosties de populistes crasses à la con!
